The AKA-1500GN from Akoustis is a cascadable broadband InGaP MMIC Amplifier that operates from DC to 14 GHz. This low-cost, high-performance gain block is available in a surface mount ceramic package. It provides a gain of up to 19 dB with an output P1dB of up to 16.4 dBm. The amplifier requires a 4.2 V supply. It is ideal for commercial and military applications.
