The ARF1010Q4 from Altum RF is a linear amplifier designed for high data-rate applications from 24 and 30 GHz. It provides a gain of 28 dBm and has a P1dB of 28 dBm, Saturated power of 30 dBm and OIP3 of 36 dBm. The amplifier requires a 4 V DC Supply and draws 600 mA of current. It is available in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package and is internally matched to 50 ohms with ESD protection. The amplifier is ideal for demanding, high-order modulation schemes such as millimeter-wave 5G.
