The AM003042WN-XX from AMCOM Communications is a GaN MMIC Power Amplifier that operates from 50 MHz to 3 GHz. The amplifier provides a saturated output power of 42 dBm, P1dB of 38 dBm and a small signal gain of 23 dB. It requires a 40 V DC supply and consumes 500 mA of current.

The amplifier is available in two RoHS package options - SN (AM003042WN-SN-R): a two-hole flange package and CM (AM003042WN-CM-R): a surface mount package. The MMIC amplifier is matched to 50 Ohms at the input but un-matched at the output above 2 GHz. It is ideal for Software Defined Radios, ECM, Instrumentation, and Gain block applications.
