The AM009024WM-QN5-R from Amcom Communications is a GaAs Power Amplifier MMIC that operates from 0.1 to 9 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 24 dBm with a small signal gain of over 18 dB. This RoHS-compliant MMIC is available in a QFN package with both RF and DC leads at the bottom of the package to facilitate low-cost SMT assembly to the PC board. This amplifier can be used as a gain block and in a wide range of applications including software radios, and instrumentation applications.
