ASC520

The ASC520 from Amplifier Solutions Corporation is an ultra-linear and low distortion amplifier that operates from 20 to 1200 MHz. This amplifier consists of a GaAs pHEMT die driving a GaN die. It delivers an output power of 2 W with a gain of up to 23 dB and has a noise figure of below 4 dB. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 24 V and consumes up to 500 mA of current. It is available in a flanged, surface mount package.
