The AGM-003 from AmpliTech is a Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 4 to 8 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 14 dBm with a gain of 26 dB and has a noise figure of less than 1.25 dB. This MMIC uses state-of-the-art GaAs pHEMT technology and is self-biased. It requires a DC supply of 5 V, draws 25 mA of current, and consumes 125 mW of power. The LNA is available as a die that measures 1.75 x 1.25 x 0.10 mm and is ideal for use in test instrumentation, military EW systems, fiber optics, telecom infrastructure, and 5G base stations.
