The AGM-024 from AmpliTech is a Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 2 to 4 GHz. It provides 27.4 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 0.7 dB and saturated output power of 14 dBm. The MMIC uses state-of-the-art GaAs pHEMT technology and is self-biased. It requires a DC supply voltage of 7 V, draws 30 mA of current, and consumes 210 mW of power. The LNA is available as a die that measures 1.8 x 2.0 x 0.1 mm and is ideal for use in test instrumentation, military EW systems, fiber optics, telecom infrastructure, and 5G base stations.
