The APT2-08001200-0605-D2 from AmpliTech is an X-band Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It provides a gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.6 dB and has a P1dB of 8 dBm. The LNA requires a DC supply of 12-15 V and consumes under 35 mA of current. It is based on state-of-the-art PHEMT technology and is compliant to MIL-883 and MIL-45208 standards. The amplifier is available in a small drop-in package with field-replaceable SMA Female connectors and is ideal for military surveillance, SATCOM, radar, and test equipment applications.
