The APT3-05400590-1010-LS-D4-FAC is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 5.4 to 5.9 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 12 dBm and a gain of 28 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.9 dB. An internal limiter at the input provides protection of up to 2W CW of RF input power over the full band. There is provision for a Fault Alarm signal via one of the pins on the external MS3112E8-4P connector (used for power) that is triggered by a pre-defined change in current draw. It is available in a module with SMA female connectors and is ideal for receiver front end, radar, Satcom and test equipment applications.
