The APTC3-04008000-1K00-D4-V from Amplitech is a Low Noise Cryogenic Amplifier that operates from 4 to 8 GHz. It delivers a gain of up to 45 dB with a noise temperature of 25K across the band and has a P1dB of -6 dBm. The amplifier uses state-of-the-art pHEMT technology and has good gain flatness and VSWR across the entire band. It requires a 0.7 V DC power supply and can handle up to -10 dBm of input power. The LNA is available in a MIL-883 certified module that measures 1.38 x 0.70 x 0.29 inches with SMA (F) connectors and cab be used in radiometers, nanophysics (electron spin resonance), astronomy/observatory receivers, superconductor research and satellite receivers.
