AD8367S Image

The AD8367S from Analog Devices is a Space-Qualified Variable Gain Amplifier that operates from 10 to 500 MHz. It has a gain control range of 45 dB which can be controlled via an externally applied voltage from 0 to 1 V with 20 mV/dB sensitivity. The precise linear-dB gain control is achieved with a proprietary X-AMP™ architecture, consisting of a variable attenuator network fed by a Gaussian interpolator yielding precise linear gain adjustment. It has an integrated square law detector that offers an automatic gain control solution and provides a detected Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) output voltage.

The AD8367S requires a DC supply of 3.00-5.25 V and can operate at an ambient temperature range from -55 to +110 °C. This amplifier has a MIL-PRF-38535 Level V certification for aerospace, defense and wireless communication applications. It available in a 14-lead TSSOP package with SMA connectors.
