ADCA5190 Image

The ADCA5190 from Analog Devices is a Gain Block Amplifier that operates from 5 to 1800 MHz. It provides a gain of 19.1 dB with a noise figure of less than 4.1 dB and a reverse isolation of 23.5 dB. This amplifier is manufactured on a pHEMT GaAs process and has suitable drive capability to overcome nominal insertion losses introduced by automatic gain control and tilt functions. The ADCA5190 requires a DC supply of 5 to 8 V and consumes less than 375 mA of current. It is available in a 32-Lead FLCSP package that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for CATV infrastructure amplifier systems, remote physical layer (PHY), DOCSIS 3.1 & 4, and 5 MHz to 700 MHz upstream applications.
