The ADL5723 from Analog Devices is a low noise amplifier that operates from 10.1 GHz to 11.7 GHz. It offers a single-ended 50 Ohms input impedance and provides a 100 Ohms balanced differential output that is ideal for driving differential down-converters and RF sampling analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). This amplifier provides a gain of more than 24 dB, a noise figure of less than 2.3 dB and a P1dB of -10 dBm. It is available in 8-lead, 2 mm × 2 mm LFCSP microwave package. This amplifier can be used in Phased arrays, SATCOM and point to point microwave radios.
