The HMC-C582 is a MMIC power amplifier that operates from 0.01 to 20 GHz. This pHEMT amplifier has been developed for electronic warfare (EW), electronic countermeasures (ECM), radar, fiber optic, and test equipment applications. It provides a gain of 24 dB with an output IP3 of 36 dBm and P1dB of 26 dBm. The amplifier is matched to 50 ohms at the input and output with integrated voltage regulators that allow biasing and sequencing control for robust operation.
