The HMC1049LP5E is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 300 MHz and 20 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 15 dB, has a noise figure of 1.8 dB and a P1dB of 14.5 dBm. The P1dB output power of 14.5 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. It requires a supply of 7 V and draws 70 mA of current. It is available in a compact, leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package. The HMC1049LP5E can be used for test and measurement applications, Military, Space, VSAT and in microwave radios.
