The HMC1082LP4E is Medium Power Driver Amplifier with an integrated temperature compensated on-chip power detector that operates from 5.5 to 18 GHz. The amplifier provides 22 dB of gain, a P1dB of 24 dBm, an IP3 of 35 dBm and requires a 5 V supply. The HMC1082LP4E is packaged in a 4 x 4 mm ceramic surface mount package and is ideal for a wide range of general purpose broadband applications like Point to Point Radios, marine radars, Electronic Warfare etc.
