HMC1086 Image

The HMC1086 is a 25W Gallium Nitride (GaN) Power Amplifier MMIC which operates between 2 and 6 GHz with a gain of 22 dB. The amplifier provides a saturated output power of 44.5 dB, a IP3 of 48 dBm and 33 dBm of output power per tone. It requires a 28 V supply and draws 1100 ma of current (Quiescent current). The outputs are DC Blocked and matched to 50 Ohms for ease of integration into an MCM (Multi-Chip-Module). It is ideal for use in Test Instrumentation, general communications and radar applications.
