The HMC1087 is an 8 W Gallium Nitride (GaN) MMIC Power Amplifier which operates between 2 and 20 GHz with a small signal gain of 11 dB. The Amplifier provides 39 dBm of saturated power, a 45 dBm OIP3 and 29 dBm output power per tone. It requires a 28 V DC supply and draws 850 ma of current. It is matched to 50 Ohms at the input and output. It is ideal for use in Test Instrumentation, general communications and radar applications.
