The HMC1126 from Analog Devices is a GaAs, pHEMT MMIC driver amplifier that operates from 24 GHz to 35 GHz. It provides a P1dB of 24 dBm, saturated power of 25 dBm, an IP3 of 35 dBm with a high gain of 22 dB. The amplifier requires a 5 V power supply and draws 225 mA of current. It is housed in a 24-Lead leadless chip carrier (LCC) package that measures 4 x 4 mm. The amplifier can be used in point-to-point radios, VSAT, point-to-multipoint radios applications.
