The HMC3587LP3BE from Hittite is a HBT gain block MMIC amplifier which operates from 4 GHz to 10 GHz. It provides a gain of 14.5 dB and 13 dBm of power(P1dB) with a 3.5 dB noise figure. It is ideal for cellular, PCS, 3G, WLAN, CATV, DBS, microwave radio & test equipment applications. The amplifier can be used as a cascadable IF or RF gain stage in 50 Ohm applications. It is available in 12 lead 3x3 mm surface mount package.
