HMC392A-Die Image

The HMC392A from Analog devices is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 3.5 to 7.0 GHz. It provides a gain of 17.2 dB with a noise figure of 1.7 dB and has an IP3 of 32.5 dBm. The amplifier requires  a 5 V supply voltage. It has six bonding adjustment options which allow the user to select the bias point and output power of the device (10 to 19.7 dBm). It is available as a die that measures 1.3 x 1 x 1 mm and can easily be integrated into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). All data is with the chip in a 50 Ohm test fixture connected via 0.025 mm diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31 mm. This chip is ideal for VSAT, Point-to-Point radios, military and space applications.
