The HMC6741LS7 from Hittite is a high power amplifier with a temperature compensated power detector that operates from 9 to 12 GHz. It provides a gain of 35 dB, saturated output power of 28 dBm and has a 25% efficiency from a 7 V supply. The amplifier has a high IP3 making it ideal for high linearity military, commercial and space applications - Point to Point Radios, SATCOM, marine Radar etc. It is available in a compact surface mount package and is matched to 50 Ohms.
