The HMC7054 is a high power Ka-band amplifier that operates from 29 to 31 GHz. It achieves a linear output power of 37 dBm, a 42 dB small signal gain and requires a 5 V supply (draws 14 A of current). It has a 2.9-mm input connector and WR28 waveguide output. This HPA has been developed for SATCOM applications however can also be used for commercial and military applications.
