The HMC8114 from Analog Devices is a GaN MMIC power amplifier that operates from 5.8 to 18 GHz. It provides 90 watts of power with a gain of 68 dB. The amplifier requires a 48 V supply. It is available in an environmentally sealed chassis with RF inputs and outputs are dc blocked and matched to 50 ? for ease of use.
