HMC8411 Image

The HMC8411 from Analog Devices is a GaAs, MMIC, Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 0.01 to 10 GHz. The amplifier delivers a saturated output power of 19.5 dBm with a typical gain of 15.5 dB and has a noise figure of 1.7 dB. This low noise amplifier is based on pHEMT technology and can also function as a local oscillator (LO) driver for balanced, in-phase and quadrature (I/Q) or image rejection mixers. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 5 V and consumes 55 mA of current. Its I/O ports are internally matched to 50 ohms. This RoHS Compliant MMIC is available in a 6-lead LFCSP package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for test instrumentation and military communications applications.
