The HMC906A from Analog Devices is a four stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC Power Amplifier that operates from 27.3 and 33.5 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 33.5 dBm with a gain of 26.5 dB nd a PAE of 20%. The amplifier provides excellent linearity and is ideal for satellite communications, VSAT, military, space and point-to-point radios. It requires a supply voltage of 6 V and consumes up to 1200 mA of current. The amplifier is available as a die that measures 3.18 x 2.73 x 0.1 mm.  The RF I/Os are DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohms for ease of integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). All data is taken with the chip in a 50 Ohm test fixture connected via two 0.025 mm (1 mil) diameter wire bonds of length 0.31 mm (12 mils).
