The HMC907APM5E is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Distributed Power Amplifier that operates from 0.2 and 22 GHz. The amplifier provides gain of 14 dB and P1dB of 28 dBm while consuming upto 350 mA of current from a 10 V supply. It is available in a leadless 5 x 5 mm surface mount package and is ideal for test instrumentation, EW, ECM, Radar, military and space applications. The HMC998APM5E amplifier I/Os are internally matched to 50 Ohms.
