The BXHF1084 is an amplifier that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It has a high gain of 26 dB and is available in a laser sealed housing which is optimized for environmental protection. It has a P1dB of 17 dBm, Noise Figure of 3.5 dB and is matched to 50 ohms. It requires a 12-15 V supply voltage and draws about 150 ma od current. The amplifier can also be ordered in a screened MIL-STD-883 (Model SXHF1084).
