The QBS-620 is a dual channel rack mount power amplifier that operates from 30 MHz to 512 MHz. The amplifier consists of two identical channels, each containing a 200 W amplifier, VHF & UHF switched harmonic filter banks, SP3T high powered switches, a controller, and an AC/DC power supply. This GaN amplifier module has been designed for shipboard communications other military and commercial applications include battlefield and mobile communication platforms.
