'The Model 10000W1000A from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, and completely solid-state amplifier that operates from 80 MHz to 1000 MHz. When used with an RF sweep generator, this power amplifier provides over 10000 watts of RF power. It uses push-pull circuitry in all high power stages to lower distortion and improve stability.
The amplifier is housed in an equipment rack that provides readily available RF power for applications such as RF susceptibility testing, antenna and component testing, watt meter calibration, and as a driver for frequency multipliers and higher power amplifiers. A safety interlock can be implemented via a rear panel connector.
The amplifier can be controlled using a digital control panel on the front or can be controlled remotely.
