The Model 125W1000A from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 80 to 1000 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 125 W with a small signal gain of 57 dB. This class-A amplifier is 100% mismatch tolerant and has built-in fault monitoring & protection from input overdrive beyond 0 dBm as well as protection from various failure conditions including over-temperature and power supply faults. It has spurious levels of -73 dBc and harmonics of -30 dBc. The SSPA is ideal for use as a driver in testing wireless and communication components and also for EMC test applications where continued operation into high VSWR loads including open and short circuits is required.
