The 200SP1G2 from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Solid-State Microwave Amplifier that operates from 1 to 2 GHz. It delivers more than 2000 W of pulsed output power, has a P1dB of 1600 W, and a gain of 63 dB (±1.5 dB gain flatness). The amplifier has an IP3 of 67 dBm, -60 dBc spurious, and up to 18 dBc harmonic distortion.

The 200SP1G2 provides a pulse width of 0.07-50 microseconds, has up to 5% duty cycle, and 50 ns rise and fall time. Its standard features include a built-in IEEE-488 (GPIB) interface, 0dBm input, TTL Gating, VSWR protection, gain control, RF output sample ports, plus monitoring of baseplate temperature and cabinet temperature.

This amplifier is available as a benchtop unit that measures 50.3 x 32 x 86 cm with N-Type Female input and 7-16 DIN-Female output connectors. It is suitable for applications such as test and measurement, (including EMC RF pulse susceptibility testing), industrial and university research and development, and service applications.
