The 30S1G6 from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Solid-State Class A Amplifier System that operates from 0.7 to 6.0 GHz. It delivers an output power of over 30 W (when used with a sweep generator) with a gain of more than 44 dB. The amplifier supports front panel gain control which permits the operator to conveniently set the desired output level.
The 30S1G6 is protected from RF input overdrive by an RF input leveling circuit which controls the RF input level to the RF amplifier first stage when the RF input level is increased above 0 dBm.
