The 500U1000 from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Solid-State Amplifier that operates from 100 kHz to 1000 MHz. It delivers a CW output power of 500 W (when used with a sweep generator) with an adjustable gain of more than 57 dB. This amplifier provides protection against RF input overdrive when the RF input level is increased above 0 dBm.
