The ASW204 is a MMIC power amplifier that operates from 900 MHz to 5500 MHz. It provides a gain of up to 18 dB with a P1 dB of 21 dBm and IP3 of 32 dBm. This linear, highly efficient power amplifier requires a supply voltage of 5 V and draws 55 mA of current. It is suitable for use in both receiver and transmitter of telecommunication systems. The amplifier is available in a surface mount SOT89 package.
