AM1110 Image

The AM1110 from Atlanta Micro is a Gain Equalizing Amplifier that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It has a gain of 5 dB @ 2 GHz and 14 dB @ 18 GHz. This ascending gain at higher frequencies negates the need for an extra equalizer in devices and thus saves space & BOM costs. The amplifier has an output P1dB of 17 dBm, a gain slope of 9 dB, and a noise figure of less than 4.1 dB. It requires a DC supply voltage of 3.3 V and consumes less than 205 mW of power. This cascadable amplifier is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for application in low SWaP electronic systems.
