The BLB04 from BeRex is a High Linearity Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2 to 5 GHz. It delivers 18 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 0.79 dB and has an output P1dB of 18.7 dBm. This amplifier has an output IP3 of 33 dBm and an input return loss of -21.5 dB. It is based on a GaAs E-pHEMT process and is designed for use in applications that require low noise and high linearity.
The BLB04 requires a supply voltage 3.3 to 5.25 V and consumes less than 130 mA of current. It is available in an 8-Lead DFN package that measures 2 x 2 x 0.5 mm and is ideal for base station infrastructure, commercial/industrial/military wireless systems, TDD or FDD LTE systems, and 5G NR applications.
