The BLB28 from BeRex is a High-Gain Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2 to 7 GHz. It delivers 21.5 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 1 dB and has an output P1dB of 19.6 dBm. This amplifier has an output IP3 of 31.5 dBm and an input return loss of 10 dB. It is based on a GaAs E-pHEMT process and is designed for applications requiring low noise and high gain.

The BLB28 requires a supply voltage of 5 V and consumes less than 130 mA of current. It is available in an 8-Lead DFN package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for base-station infrastructure, commercial/industrial/military wireless systems, and TDD or FDD LTE system/5G NR applications.
