The MGA-43003 from Avago Technologies is a matched power amplifier module intended for use as the final stage high linearity amplifier in picocells and femtocells for small cell Base Station downlink applications. It operates in the 1.805 to 1.88 GHz band and requires a 5 V supply. The amplifier has a high gain of 41.7 dB, good efficiency and high linearity: Typical -28 dBc ACLR1 at 27 dBm. It is available in a low cost compact 5 x 5 mm package.
