The CA3509M4 from CEL is an L to S-Band Low Noise Amplifier IC for GNSS and Satellite Radio Applications that operate at 1.575 GHz. It delivers an output power of 12 dBm with a gain of 17 dB and has a noise figure of 0.4 dB. The amplifier IC is available in a flat-lead 4-pin thin-type super mini mold package with an on-chip ESD protection diode.

It is suitable for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) like GPS, GLONASS, Beidou and Galileo, satellite radio (SDARS, DMB, etc.) antenna, and microwave communication applications.
