The CMX902 from CML Microcircuits is a 3-Stage Power Amplifier that operates from 130 to 700 MHz. It delivers a saturated power of 2.82 W (34.5 dBm) with a power gain of 39 dB and has a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 60%. The first and second stages of the amplifier operate in a class-A and class-AB mode respectively, and the third stage operates in a class-C mode for maximum efficiency. It is available in a 28-pin WQFN package that measures 5 x 5 mm and requires a DC supply from 2.5 to 6 V. This amplifier is suitable for use in wireless infrastructure, sensing systems, wireless network systems, and general-purpose commercial & consumer applications.
