CMX90A006 Image

The CMX90A006 from CML Micro is a Power Amplifier that operates from 860 to 930 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 33.5 dBm (2W) and a small signal gain of 33 dB with a power-added efficiency of 52%. This 2-stage linear power amplifier has a return loss of -20 dB (input) and -10 dB (output). It is based on InGaP HBT process technology and provides exceptional reliability and balance between efficiency, gain and linearity. This power amplifier requires a DC supply of 2.5 to 5.25 V consuming 206 mA of current and is suitable for single-cell Lithium battery powered devies. It is available in a VQFN-16 package that measures 4 x 4 x 0.90 mm and is ideal for UHF RFID readers, smart meters e.g. AMR/AMI, asset tracking, wireless modules, IoT/M2M, SRD/ISM bands (868/915 MHz) and lithium battery-powered systems.
