The CL-1210 from Criteria Labs is a Space-Qualified GaN Amplifier that operates from 27 to 31 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 36.5 dBm with a small signal gain of 25 dB and has a power-added efficiency of 25%. The amplifier has a noise figure of 5 dB and typical third-order intermodulation of -35 dBc. It requires a supply voltage of 20 V and consumes 140 mA of current. The amplifier is qualified to MIL-PRF-38538 Class Q and Class V certifications. It is available in a hermetically sealed, 22-lead ceramic QFN package that measures 7 x 7 mm and is ideal for military SATCOM terminals, space satellite communications, and Ka-band high power amplifiers.
