dB-3799B Image

The dB-3799B from dB Control is an I/J-band Pulsed TWT amplifier that operates from 8 to 18 GHz. It provides a peak output power of 2 kW at a 5% maximum duty cycle and has a pulse width of 0.2 to 50 uSec with a maximum PRF (Pulse Repetition Frequency) of 100 KHz. This TWTA is matched to 100 ohms and requires an input pulse of 5 V.

The TWT Amplifier is available in a rackmount configuration that measures 19 x 7.0 x 26 inches with SMA (F) connectors at the input and WRD-750 Waveguide Flange at the output with Ethernet, IEEE-488, RS-422 or custom control interfaces.

The amplifier is suitable for Radars, Electronic countermeasures (ECM), Electronic warfare (EW) threat simulation, Test & measurement, and Antenna pattern & radar cross-section measurements.
