The DM-X200-01 is a 200 Watt Pulsed GaN SSPA from Diamond Microwave that operates from 8 GHz to 9.6 GHz. This HPA is compact alternative to vacuum tube amplifiers (TWT) and offers typically >200W over a 1600 MHz bandwidth and pulse widths up to 100µs with duty cycles up to 15%. This compact SSPA is ideal for use in demanding defence, aerospace and communications applications.
