The DM-C1K0-01 from Diamond Microwave is a C-band Pulsed GaN High Power Amplifier that operates from 5.2 to 5.9 GHz. It provides a peak pulsed output power of more than 1000 W. The HPA has a pulse width of up to 100 µs and a duty cycle of up to 15% with a rise/fall time of 50 ns. It is available in a module that measures 197 x 150 x 30 mm with an SMA-Female connector at the input and an N female connector at the output.
