The DM-SC100-02 from Diamond Microwave is a GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It delivers more than 100 W of saturated pulsed/CW output power and has a gain of 55 dB. The device can handle up to 0 dBm of input power and has a VSWR of less than 3:1. It has a turn-on time of 250 ns and a duty cycle of up to 10%. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 137 x 120 x 24 mm with field-replaceable SMA-Female connectors (SMA-Male also available).
