The AFB Series are Waveguide Band low noise amplifiers from Ducommun that operate from DC to 100 GHz. They have a low noise figure and a P1dB of up to 20 dBm. The amplifiers are constructed using MMIC PHEMT devices and are available in a number of standard waveguide interface and coax connector combinations.
