The SKU 1211 from Empower RF is a solid-state broadband Class AB high power amplifier that operates from 500 to 2500 MHz.It provides a saturated output power of 125 W with a gain of 64 dB. The amplifier is suitable for broadband mobile jamming and high power linear applications in the L and S bands. This amplifier is also ideal for CW, AM, FM, and pulse applications.

This amplifier utilizes high power GaN devices and also features built-in control, monitoring, and protection functions. It can handle up to 20 dBm of input power without any damage and requires a DC supply of 44 to 50 VDC for operation. The SKU 1211 is available in a module that measures 7.0 x 4.0 x 1.1 inches with SMA (F) connectors and D-sub 17-pin, Male (17W2) interface.
