The ERZ-HPA-0850-0980-53 from ERZIA is a pulsed High Power Amplifier that operates from 8.5 to 9.8 GHz. This GaN power amplifier is designed for Radar applications in the X-band. It provides a saturated output power of 250 W with a power gain of over 36 dB. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 50 V DC. It is available in a compact aluminum housing that measures 204.9 x 139.3 x 29 mm with SMA female / N-type female connectors.
